Over my many years of work in and surrounding the healthcare industry, the idea behind this company derived out of necessity. This idea was birthed just like me out of the great city of Philadelphia. Professionally I've worked directly with patients/consumers and all management levels through my communication degree and other certifications. I've done everything from bedside care to care coordination, management, and even behind the scenes in administration, enrollment, and training. I understand the confusion, which later turns into frustration and disappointment. There has to be a better way! Professionally, I've got the answer. Connecting All the Dots! Problem-solving, Care solutions, A resource-based support-driven company with a one-stop shop Philosophy. My philosophy has always been, what can we do? Where is the "yes" in a sea of "no"? and making a difficult time easier? Hi! My name is Sharetta McLaughlin, and I am a Registered Nurse with over 16 years of experience working in the ICU and Cardiac Catheterization Lab. I am a Master's prepared RN who has worked and cared for the underprivileged community my whole career. I have participated in committees and projects to increase equity in delivering quality care. I hold multiple certifications in my profession and take pride in my service. Currently, I am completing coursework that will enable me to make sure the next generation of Nurses receives a high-quality education.
