Our Customized Dot Rating System is a user-friendly web page providing consumers with real-time research-based ratings.

Hospitals, Care Facilities, Home Care Agencies, Adult Day Care Centers, and various other health/care support service entities (in and surrounding Philadelphia, PA, NJ, and Delaware) are rated.

The system will arm the consumer with actual levels of consumer-based satisfaction with services while also allowing the consumer to make a faster, more accurately informed decision about the service provided from which to choose.
